U-7 shackle

High-temperature heating and high-pressure die forming create continuous and complete metal flow lines, refine the grain size, and eliminate internal defects, significantly improving the product's overall mechanical properties, especially fatigue strength. 

After forging, the shackle undergoes rigorous quenching and tempering (quenching and high-temperature tempering). 

This process imparts high strength to the shackle body while maintaining excellent ductility and toughness, preventing brittle fracture during use.
