Socket Clevis is a mechanical connection component and a common basic accessory for power fittings. 1. Material selection

Carbon steel (such as Q235, 45# steel): low cost, strong versatility, requires surface anti-rust treatment (galvanizing, painting, Handan Jinmai has its own professional engineers, can design the shape, print exclusive standards (OEM/ODM acceptable)

2. Processing process

Forging/casting:

Forging process (hot forging/cold forging) improves material density and mechanical properties, suitable for high strength requirements.

Casting is used for complex structures, but subsequent heat treatment is required to increase strength. Handan Jinmai has forging, casting and other processing machines, and can provide a variety of processes.

3. Assembly and quality inspection:

* Pin and fork hole matching test (need to rotate flexibly but not loose);

* Load test (such as tensile test); Handan Jinmai has an independent tensile test laboratory, after the product is produced, tensile test is carried out, and mass production is carried out after meeting the requirements;

* Zinc layer detection, size detection, selection of perfect products, avoid leakage plating.
