Aluminum tension clamps (PA1500) are primarily used for securing and anchoring power transmission lines, fiber optic communication cables (such as ADSS cables), and overhead conductors.

 It functions:

Mechanical anchoring: They withstand conductor tension, ensuring they remain stable under external forces such as wind, ice, and snow.

Electrical connection (select models): Some tension clamps also function as conductors, ensuring stable current transmission.

Vibration and anti-slip: Special designs (such as rubber pads and serrated structures) reduce vibration wear on conductors.

Corrosion-resistant: Made of aluminum alloy with a surface treatment (such as anodizing), they are suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

PA1500 means: Indicates the applicable conductor cross-sectional area (e.g., 1500 mm²), rated tension (e.g., 1500 kN), or design number. Applicable conductor diameters range from approximately 20-50 mm (e.g., ADSS cables and ACSR), and the rated load is typically 10-50 kN.
