Hot Dip Galvanized ADSS Cable O type Connecting Ring

This O-ring connector is a critical piece of power hardware, manufactured through a forging process. It is specifically designed for use with ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) fiber-optic cables and is widely employed in overhead power and telecommunication transmission projects.

Product Specifications

• Product Name: O-type Connecting Ring / ADSS Connection Bracket

• Material: High carbon forged steel or casting steel

• Surface Treatment: Hot dip galvanized (HDG), comply with ISO & GB/T 2314 standard, excellent anti-corrosion performance for outdoor harsh environment

• Processing: Hot forging integrated forming, high mechanical strength, stable load capacity

• Customization: Custom dimension, hole spacing, tensile strength can be produced as customer drawings,we can do as casting to meet the load to save cost for customer

Functions

This casting/forging O connecting ring acts as a transition connection component. It is mounted on cross arms of utility poles, to connect insulators, cable clamps and other power fittings. The O-shaped loop provides reliable hanging point; dual-slotted tail and double holes allow flexible assembly with bolts, simplify field installation. It maintains stable mechanical load under wind, ice and temperature changes, protect ADSS fiber cable from extra tension damage.
