PH Double plate
Double-plate parallel hanging plate, in the power fitting system, the main function is connection and length adjustment
It is classified as a connecting fitting in the power fittings, mainly used for the connection between single plate and double plate, which can only change the length of the assembly, but cannot change the connection direction.
As shown in the picture, this double-layer parallel hanging plate is composed of two flat plates, which are exactly the same from top to bottom and connected by bolts. It is generally assembled with slot insulators, corner tension insulator strings to extend the length, or used in conjunction with other fittings.
Its function is the same as that of a single link hanging plate, mainly used for support and stability. However, the double-plate structure can provide stronger support and is suitable for scenes where the insulator string needs to be extended or the suspension point distance needs to be adjusted, such as the insulator string adjustment of the corner tower.
* Single-plate conversion double-plate type: used for transition connection between single plate and double plate, such as used with wedge-type wire clamps.
* Double-plate fixed type: directly connected to the insulator string or pole tower, supporting heavy loads.
Product specifications
Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, steel is selected, then stamped, and finally galvanized, which has increased the service life of the product.
*The standard structure is formed by stamping die forming and cutting the plate by shearing process.
*The stamping process reduces material waste, and the thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer is more than 80μm, which meets the needs of long-term outdoor use.

Common models include P-7, P-10, P-12, P-16, etc., corresponding to different voltage levels and load requirements. P-7 is suitable for 10kV~35kV lines, and P-10 is used for higher voltage levels.
