What material is it made of? 

Handan Jinmai's products are all made of cost-effective carbon steel. For this product, we use Q235 material. If you have requirements for the yield strength of the product, you can increase it to 355 and above, and use Q355B material. We are customer-centric and customize raw materials according to customer requirements.

What surface treatment is it? 

The one shown in the picture is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, and we can also use electro-galvanizing. Compared with electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing is more durable and corrosion-resistant, and its service life can reach 10-20 years. However, the price of electro-galvanizing is relatively cheaper than hot-dip galvanizing. For small items, electro-galvanizing can also be selected.

How to choose its size?

How is it used?

As shown in the picture, it is equipped with long bolts and a bayonet (for fixing), or nuts are selected for fixing. An insulator is placed in the middle, and then it is fixed to the angle steel or cross arm on the pole by bolts, which plays a good insulation role.
