It is a device used in power transmission lines, distribution lines, communication lines, and substations. It consists of a set of high-strength steel wires (or rods) pre-wound into a spiral shape. During installation, it is wound around a guy wire, and the huge friction and gripping force fix the end of the guy wire and bear the tension. Regarding materials, we can provide a variety of options, including aluminum alloy, aluminum-clad steel wire, galvanized steel wire, and a matte black finish.
(1)Galvanized steel wire: For general environments.
(2)Aluminum-clad steel wire: Offers superior corrosion resistance and a more harmonious appearance compared to galvanized steel wire.
(3)Hot-dip galvanized cast steel or forged steel: Provides high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
For the size ,we can do the design as your need according your cable diameter and weight ,and we also can supply the accessories like O ring or Thimble with all size you want .
