Materials and Construction

Main body (housing): Typically constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy (such as AL6061 or AL6063). Aluminum alloy offers advantages such as light weight, high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical conductivity.

Internal: Made from high-quality rubber, it is durable and resistant to aging. It is also flexible and wraps around the cable without damaging the cable's outer casing.

Fasteners: Bolts and nuts are hot-dip galvanized. Electrogalvanized or stainless steel are also available, depending on the intended use.
