Product Introduction

The Thimble clevis TC-07 is a grooved metal ring, typically in a teardrop or U-shape. Its primary function is to protect the wire rope (guy wire). When the wire rope is passed through it, it avoids sharp bends, maintains its original strength and flexibility, and significantly extends the life of the wire rope. (As shown in the picture, this is an image of the TC-07. We also produce derivatives and various custom designs.) It is primarily used for securing guy wires to power towers and for line construction.

Size Introduction

Thimble clevis comes in various types and with various head shapes. This one is the national standard version, and custom designs are also available. Handan Jinmai, as an independent factory, offers a wide variety of types and sizes, as shown in the picture.

TC-07, 07 indicates a minimum load capacity of 70 kN. Handan Jinmai's TC-07 typically has a load capacity of 90 kN, demonstrating high quality. There's also the TC-10, where 10 indicates a minimum load capacity of 100 kN. We also offer products in various grades, such as the TC-12. This product from Handan Jinmai is made of high-quality carbon steel and hot-dip galvanized to ensure an average zinc coating of at least 55μm, extending its service life.
