Welcome to Handan Jinmai Power Line Accessories Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The wire rope clamp is mainly used for temporary connection of wire rope and fixing the rear hand rope when the wire rope is passed through the pulley group, as well as fixing the head of the cable wind rope on the jib, etc., including phosphate coated wire rope, galvanized wire rope, stainless steel wire rope and smooth wire rope. It is a widely used wire rope clamp in lifting and hoisting operations.
Our model is an electro-galvanized wire rope clamp, the surface is electro-galvanized, and it is made of carbon steel, which increases the beauty and durability of the product. We can provide all the size.
Product features:
1. Cast wire rope clips are often used for static tying and rope pulling, such as power and communication lines, bundling and fastening.
2. Forged wire rope clips are often used for lifting and lifting loads, such as various engineering hoisting machinery, metallurgical and mining equipment, oil field derricks, port railway loading and unloading, forestry machinery, power equipment, aviation and maritime, land transportation, engineering rescue, salvage of sunken ships, lifting, hoisting and traction rigging of factories and mines.
Features: With the same strength as wire rope, safe to use, beautiful appearance and smooth transition, large safety load for hoisting operations, can resist impact loads, and long service life.
Precautions for using wire rope clamps:
Do not use them for a long time. Check and scrap them regularly. Do not use them repeatedly.
(1) The size of the clamp should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The inner clearance of the U-shaped ring should be 1 to 3 mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If the clearance is too large, it is difficult to clamp the rope.
(2) When using, tighten the U-shaped bolt until the wire rope is flattened by about 1/3. Since the wire rope deforms after being stressed, the rope clamp should be tightened a second time after the wire rope is stressed to ensure the firmness of the joint. If you need to check whether the rope clamp slides after the wire rope is stressed, you can add a safety rope clamp. The safety rope clamp is installed about 500 mm away from the last rope clamp. After the rope head is released for a safety bend, it is clamped with the main rope. In this way, if the clamp slides, the safety bend will be straightened, which is easy to detect and reinforce at any time.
(3) The spacing between rope clamps is generally about 6 to 7 times the diameter of the wire rope. The rope clamps should be arranged in a straight line, with the U-shaped ring part clamped on one side of the rope head and the pressure plate placed on one side of the main rope.
(a) The size of the clip should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The inner clearance of the U-shaped ring should be 1-3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If the clearance is too large, it is not suitable for clamping the rope and accidents are likely to occur. (b) When installing the clip, the bolts must be tightened until the rope is flattened by 1/3-1/4 of the diameter. After the rope is stressed, tighten the clip bolts again to ensure that the joint is firm and reliable. (c) The clips should be arranged in a straight line, and the U-shaped part should be in contact with the rope head, not the main rope.
