HDG insulator spindle pin for cross arm

What is it?

It is one kind of insulator spindle or insulator pin.

It is usually on the crossarm and used in conjunction with an insulator (usually a single-layer or double-layer ceramic insulator). It is responsible for fixing the insulator to the angle steel or crossarm to maintain the stability of the insulator.

Specifications of this insulator main shaft: 

1. Made of carbon steel, cost-effective; 

2. Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, corrosion-resistant, can extend the service life when used outdoors; 3. The lead head design is more resistant to humid environments and high temperatures, suitable for use in Africa and other regions;

How it use?

As shown in the right picture, it is inserted in the middle of the insulator to keep it stable. The bottom has a bolt that is screwed into the insulator. The top also has a thread that is inserted into the cross arm and used in conjunction with it. As shown in the picture, it has many sizes and can be customized.
