Production process

2. Machining: The forged blank is machined, including drilling, milling, grinding and other operations. Drilling is for installing bolts and other connectors; milling and grinding are to ensure the flatness and finish of the hanging plate surface, remove burrs, flash, etc., and avoid damage to other parts during use.

3. Surface treatment: This hanging plate of Handan Jinmai is treated with hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is to immerse the hanging plate in molten zinc liquid to form a layer of zinc on its surface. This zinc layer can effectively isolate air and moisture, prevent the hanging plate from rusting, and extend its service life. You can also choose electrogalvanizing for surface treatment.

Quality inspection

 There are multiple quality inspection processes during the production process, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, mechanical properties test, etc. We have our own tensile testing laboratory. After the product is produced, the appearance is manually inspected one by one, mainly to check whether there are cracks, sand holes, deformation and other defects on the surface of the hanging board; then put it into the laboratory for mechanical properties testing, and check the tensile strength, yield strength and other mechanical properties of the hanging board to ensure that it can operate safely and reliably in the power system.
