Function:

Production Process:
YLP Extension support rod is made by forging round steel, which ensures its high strength and toughness. During the forging process, high temperature heating and pressure make the internal structure of the steel more compact and the grains refined, thereby improving the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of the material. The forged blank also needs to undergo machining processes such as turning and grinding to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface roughness requirements.
Surface Treatment:
As shown in the figure, its surface is smooth and silvery white, because it is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, making it more corrosion-resistant and durable during use.
